A significant part of the articles published focuses on European issues. The Journal appears in on-line format. The articles are published in the English language.<\/p>\n<p>Each article received for publication shall be subject to the peer review system to select those articles that have a high scientific level and match the profile and theme of the Journal.<\/p>\n<p>Articles sent for publication in the <strong>Journal of Law and Administrative Sciences<\/strong> (JOLAS) <em>are subject to <\/em><em>evaluation<\/em>, following the international standards of the scientific journals. Each article shall be evaluated by at least two scientific reviewers with acknowledged national and international reputation in the areas of legal and socio-administrative sciences. The evaluation shall be done on an anonymous basis (the author\u2019s name is not communicated to the reviewers; the reviewers\u2019 name is not communicated to the author). The authors shall be informed about the reviewers\u2019 recommendations and comments with the aim of improving the quality of the article. At the reviewers\u2019 proposal, the publication of the article can be declined.<\/p>\n<p>Articles shall be sent in electronic format (.DOC) at the address specified in the Contact section.
